My Resources that i used are:
- ePO 4.6.3
- Windows 8 Client
- ePO Agent 4.6.0.3122 or higher
- VSE 8.8.0.1128 or higher
1. Check wether the destination client has a default adminshare
2. Check firewall and policy rules
3. Add a new system and deploy agent for a single system or a group
4. Deploy new clienttask for a single system or a group
5. Reaktivate clients
Troubleshooting:
Der Agent "ePO-Agent" wird durch die Agentensteuerung "ePO-Server" reaktiviert.
Agent "ePO-Agent" wird mit NetBIOS reaktiviert.
Fehler beim Lesen der TCP/IP-Antwort vom Remote-System. Die HTTP-Antwort vom Agenten an den Server wird möglicherweise von einer Firewall oder einer Agenten-Richtlinie
blockiert.
Der Agent konnte nicht reaktiviert werden.
I had this message and checked the Firewall and policys rules. The Same massage again. All I had to do was to check system structure for a duplicate entry. There is only
one maintained entry that you can manage or reactivate. In my case there were two and I had to delete one of them. The correct entry was listed unter Lost &
Found.
